Lemuria Resort has Junior Suites, Senior Suites, Pool Villas, and a huge Presidential Villa.

Junior Suites

The 88 Junior Suites, constructed in wood, marble, stone and pink granite are located amidst the tropical gardens, in lodges all facing the stunning Indian Ocean sea. All suites are well-equipped; the emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural surroundings. Each suite is designed along minimalist, yet luxurious style with ceiling fan, large bathroom, a terrace and sun lounge chairs in the shade of overhanging palm trees.

Senior Suites

The 8 Senior Suites located either on the ground floor or on the top floor are all exceptionally spacious. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for Junior Suites and in addition has a separate lounge with extra shower/toilet and a double size terrace.

Pool Villa

These two bedroom villas at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan offer excellent beachside accommodation. Spaciously designed to reflect the overall concept, the bedrooms lead directly into the gardens and beach just meters away. A master living space provides an area for dining, entertainment and relaxation while outside, a dining area sunken into the vast swimming pool is part of the many water features of each villa. Villa Masters take care of every requirement throughout the guests’ stay, delivering an experience beyond expectation. The Villas by Lémuria Resort feature all the facilities of the junior and senior suites in each bedroom, plus Playstations, outdoor showers and bath, and a relaxation and massage pavilion. All villas are serviced by a qualified "Villa Master”.

Presidential Villa

Majestically perched into the granite boulders on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan, is the Presidential Villa. A private hotel, within a hotel designed and crafted to deliver a completely unique experience not found anywhere else in the Seychelles. A master suite including its own terrace bathroom and two further suites accommodate 3 multi-level pools which surround the buildings with steps leading to a private beach separated from the rest of the resort by a river. Endless features to royal standards are included within the villa and a private staff, chef and security remove the need to be anywhere else in the world.
