Garden Villa

Beach Villa (with pool)

Pavilion

Tucked away among the verdant slopes of Mount Dauban is a restored plantation home, Grann Kaz, which houses a café that serves traditional Creole cuisine. Once an old Seychellois plantation house, Grann Kaz exudes an atmosphere that best captures the spirit and heritage of Seychelles.

Grann Kaz

This Seychellois plantation house is the restored home of the Dauban family, previous owners of the island. Now housing a café serving traditional Creole cuisine, and a boutique. The Grann Kaz experience fuses modern Seychellois spirit with the island's French and English heritage.

Portobello

Modern Italian cuisine. Air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor dining along the lake with views of Mount Dauban.

Sakura

Fabulous restaurant set close to the beach. The central show kitchen prepares stunning grilled cuisine, highlighted by freshly caught local seafood. Striking interior design with Japanese influences. A lake-side pavilion offers teppanyaki with the backdrop of the mountain rising over Silhouette.

Café Dauban

Exquisite buffets. World cuisine and Creole specialties. Overlooking the pool and featuring views of Mount Dauban on one side and the ocean on the other. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The café is ideal venue for a morning cup of coffee or casual light dining, with views of the Indian Ocean.

Lo Brizan

Island cocktails accompanied by views of the Indian Ocean and the deep green forest-covered slopes of Mount Dauban.

La Pizzeria

Pizza Snack, which is situated at the pool area and open during the day.

Eco Center

Seychelles diving opens doors to a living museum under the Indian Ocean. Home to a marine extravaganza, the underwater world of Silhouette Island is another world to be discovered, as diverse as it is unique.

The launch pad for undersea exploration begins at the Eco Center, where a 5-star PADI diving center with decompression chamber is located. This first-class facility can accommodate up to three patients in the main chamber and is capable of handling emergency cases. Overseen by resident German doctors, the decompression chamber ensures the highest standard for an ultimate Seychelles diving experience.

Besides PADI diving and snorkeling courses, the Eco Center offers non-motorized water sports and diving equipment for rent. Private charter and instructors are also available for a half- or full-day diving trip, including a full-day snorkeling or diving tour to Mahé.
