The Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort on the island of Mahé. Comprised completely of wonderfully appointed private villas, it’s a secluded hideaway nestling on the hillside and along small beach coves on Beau Vallon Bay. It provides spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, and the nearby Silhouette and North Islands. The Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa retains old world friendliness and charm but it’s enhanced by excellent service, understated luxury and casual elegance. The environment in the Seychelles is a prime consideration, and the resort has been specifically designed to protect and sustain its setting – complete with coconut palms, mango, cannonball trees and the large granite boulders that are a hallmark of the Seychelles.
The villas all offer spectacular ocean views and are all elevated above the ground on stilts. The Duniye Spa provides a wide range of massage treatments, body wraps, scrubs, facials, manicures and pedicures, and includes a steam room, relax lounge and a Yoga Pavilion. The restaurants offer panoramic ocean and mountain views, along with the ultimate ‘under the stars’ dining experience.

Les Cocotiers
An al fresco, a la carte restaurant which is open for dinner daily. Specializing in Creole cuisine as well as a selection of international favorites, with an extensive wine list. The restaurant can be enclosed and air conditioned, but also has outdoor dining, and seats 30 guests.
Hilltop Restaurant
The hotel's main dining room which serves buffet meals for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant boasts action cooking stations and is an open air restaurant with stunning ocean views. It has a seating capacity of 60.
Oceanview Bar and Restaurant
The Oceanview Bar and Restaurant situated on the water front with great views of the blue Indian Ocean offers the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy lunch, dinner or an all-day snack menu.
