Tintswalo Safari Lodge is a luxurious safari lodge located in the Manyeleti Reserve, adjacent to Kruger Park. Fenceless borders to the north by the Timbavati, to the south by the Sabi Sand and on the eastern boundary the reserve is open to Kruger National Park. A small intimate safari lodge offering exceptional cuisine and quintessential luxury.

The Manyeleti Reserve abounds with game, including the Big Five. The reserve is unique for its minimal vehicle density and offers guests a truly exclusive safari experience on both game drives and bush walks in approximately 57,000 acres of pristine wilderness.

The exquisitely appointed main lodge overlooks a waterhole frequented by a large herd of elephant and other big game. The suites are all linked to the main lodge by raised wooden walkways.

Insider's Guide:

  • Exquisite suites that each have their own plunge pools
  • Located in the Manyeleti Reserve which is very different than the Sabi Sands Reserve
  • Big 5 are often spotted

Tintswalo Safari suites and lodge are all situated along a seasonal river bed among an ancient sycamore tree grove.

The Tintswalo suites are authentically decorated to reflect the pioneering times of the nineteenth century African explorers. The air-conditioned suites are situated along the banks of the seasonal Nwaswitsontso River and provide supreme comfort, privacy and an opportunity for effortless birding, as well as the chance to view a large variety of big game from the privacy of each unit. The indoor/outdoor shower leads off from the spacious bathroom which opens out onto the deck. Luxuriate in a private plunge pool or just relax on a lounger under the African Sun.
