qualia's harmonious design is the work of Australian architect Chris Beckingham. His philosophy was to create a luxurious Australian retreat that stimulates the senses and draws the outside in.
LEEWARD PAVILION
The southwest-facing Leeward Pavilions offer views of both Hamilton Island and the Coral Sea. They boast a private sundeck, a bedroom that leads to a sitting room area, and a spacious bathroom.
WINDWARD PAVILION
The north-facing Windward Pavilions give expansive, postcard views of the Coral Sea and the Whitsundays. The beautifully appointed pavilions feature a living room, separate bedroom, en-suite bathroom and offer the added indulgence of a private plunge pool.
BEACH HOUSE AT QUALIA
The Beach House is the ultimate secluded hideaway at qualia. With a main bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a spacious entertaining area featuring a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, a 10-person dining room, a private full-sized swimming pool, as well as a separate guesthouse, the Beach House is an indulgence like no other.
qualia's two restaurants allow the executive chef to showcase his talents. You can partake in fine dining at the Long Pavilion or a more relaxed and casual experience at Pebble Beach.
LONG PAVILION
With its expansive views of the Coral Sea the Long Pavilion is ideally suited for scrumptious breakfasts. In the afternoon, it's a perfect place to enjoy cocktails and then formal dining in the evening. The indulgent menu includes qualia's signature degustation menu of seven courses and an accompanying wine cellar selection.
PEBBLE BEACH
The informal Pebble Beach restaurant is located by the water's edge. Fresh and seasonal Australian produce is reflected in the menu, providing contemporary Australian casual lunching at its best. Spending the afternoon on the sun-drenched terrace at the beachside cocktail bar is a favorite activity for guests wanting to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Swimming Pools
qualia has two stunning, climate-controlled infinity edge pools - one at the Long Pavilion and the other at Pebble Beach. Both pools are complemented with full bar service, and Pebble Beach also offers food service.

Spa qualia
Built at the center of the resort to catch the soft sea breeze and take in the views of the Whitsundays, the spa is the perfect place in which to indulge and unwind.
Spa qualia offers the ultimate in anti-stress, anti-aging, detoxifying and cleansing treatments. It makes use of international organic product ranges from Phyts and Eminence, as well as traditional hot stone massage with ancient 'Bularri Yarrul' stones, and chakra-therapy sessions using a range of Australian essential oils from Anoint.
Spa qualia has facilities including Roman baths, an invigorating Swiss shower, a steam room along with an open air yoga, and a meditation pavilion.
